Home Buys Plus only collects local sales tax on orders shipped to Florida and Indiana. For orders outside Florida and Indiana, please check with your local tax authorities regarding local sales tax liabilities.
To cancel an order, you will need to contact our Customer Service Representative. If you request order cancellation after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package or did not sign for the delivery. Unfortunately because of the ever changing market conditions, we do not offer price protection credits or refunds on items previously purchased from Home Buys Plus. Prices can and will change at any time without notice based on a variety of factors beyond our control.
