Returns

Home Buys Plus considers its customers’ satisfaction as one of its main concerns in its 30 years in the furniture industry. To cater to your high-quality furniture needs, we always ensure the quality of our products.

However, if you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item(s) as long as the following conditions are met:

Return Time

You can return most of the items you purchased on Home Buys Plus within the first 30 days from its shipping date. However, you need to make sure that every returned item must still be in its original packaging with the complete manuals and set of accessories. Return shipping costs are shouldered by customers, not unless the items are damaged upon delivery.

RMA Number

To make the return process a smooth and organized transaction, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be required for every item you wish to return. To get an RMA Number, you need to call our Home Buys Plus representative through this link or by calling 1-800-578-2787. Along with the RMA #, further instructions will be given within one business day.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee equal to 10 to 20 % of the total sale price of the returned item will be deducted from your refund. This restocking fee amount applies to opened and unopened packages. However, if you intend to return an item in exchange for another item, your restocking fee may be lowered.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. For items that are shipped under the “Free Shipping” category, the incurred fee for shipping will be deducted from the refund. Buyer also pays for the return shipping costs.

If a shipment is refused or returned to Home Buys Plus due to buyer’s error such as incorrect shipping address, all subsequent shipments must be shouldered by the buyer.

Refusing a Package

Refusal of a package after purchasing an order from Home Buys Plus for whatever reason other than damage to the actual item may incur deductions from your refund. The deductions to be deducted in your refund include original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and 10 to 20 % restocking fee.

Damaged and Missing Parts

In the rare unfortunate event that a specific item arrives with a damaged or missing part or hardware piece, please let us know immediately. Just inform us about the complete information about the damaged or missing item in your purchase and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue for you. Defective Items

An item is considered to be defective if it is not working properly after the delivery has been made. If this happens, please contact a Home Buys Plus representative and we will be more than happy to assist you. If we cannot diagnose the issue, we will contact the manufacturer of the defective item and have the issue resolved and may take at least one service call.
